About the job
Build and own Mercor’s revenue operations infrastructure, including billing, invoicing, reporting, reconciliation, and scalable processes.
What you'll do
- Create customer reporting and dashboards, and reconcile revenue data across billing systems, CRM, and internal tools.
- Design scalable revenue processes, improve data hygiene, and collaborate with Engineering on automation.
- Manage customer contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing while partnering with Finance, Operations, and Engineering.
