What you'll do
- Advise Delivery leaders on talent, organization design, management, performance, and workforce decisions.
- Coach managers, develop high-performing operators, and address retention and performance concerns.
- Build and run talent and performance practices, using employee and business signals to identify issues and recommend interventions.
