Own Mercor’s global payments platform, including expert payouts, money movement, ledger and reconciliation, earnings, and payments operations.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end payout experience, from contracts and time capture through disbursement, retries, and support resolution.
- Build ledger, reconciliation, and payout automation with engineering; expand payout rails, methods, and currencies globally.
- Use business metrics and user research to prioritize work; partner with engineering, finance, compliance, operations, and support.
