Facilitates non-financial risk programs and partners across teams to help ensure Mercury’s products are launched and managed safely and effectively.
What you'll do
- Identify process and control gaps and recommend improvements; facilitate pre-launch reviews and risk self-assessments.
- Manage incidents, issues, and remediation through closure, and develop KPIs/KRIs to monitor risk.
- Coordinate audit and exam responses, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to enterprise training.
