Serves as Mercury’s lead compliance advisor for AI and agentic products, guiding product teams through development and launch while defining product-level compliance standards and controls.
What you'll do
- Advise Product, Engineering, and partner teams throughout the AI product lifecycle; assess risks and develop practical mitigations.
- Define and refine AI-specific compliance requirements, standards, evidence, logging, human review, and escalation practices.
- Monitor regulatory developments and lead compliance workstreams, remediation, documentation, audits, and stakeholder guidance.

Pay
$207,800 — $259,800 USD base salary; $187,000 — $233,800 USD base salary; $196,400 — $245,500 CAD base salary
