What you'll do
- Own end-to-end registration, account maintenance, and policy lifecycle workflows; investigate and resolve operational issues.
- Research requirements and coordinate with government agencies, carriers, brokers, vendors, customers, and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate records and deadlines, communicate status, and improve processes, documentation, controls, and automation.
