Leads Mercury’s Custody engineering team and develops the core systems that account for and reconcile customer cash and securities.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of senior engineers; set team strategy and roadmap.
- Guide the design and evolution of custody systems, including ledgers, security master, position tracking, and reconciliation.
- Partner with product, operations, compliance, and partners to build reliable, auditable systems and integrations.
