Leads Mercury’s Compliance Governance team and develops its core Compliance Management System programs, including risk assessment, policy governance, training, reporting, and issue oversight.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Compliance Governance team and own core CMS programs.
- Oversee compliance issues, reporting, and readiness for regulatory examinations and audits.
- Partner across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, executives, and banking partners; use technology and automation to scale governance programs.
