Own and build Mercury’s operational risk program, overseeing assessments, product reviews, issues and events, and leadership and Board reporting.
What you'll do
- Run risk and control assessments and second-line reviews of new products, material changes, and high-risk new activities.
- Oversee operational risk events and issues, challenge root causes and remediation, and develop management and Board reporting.
- Maintain ORM standards and support regulatory examinations, audits, and charter readiness reviews.
