Leads the strategy and development of Mercury’s reconciliation platform and financial controls to improve accuracy, auditability, and operational scale.
What you'll do
- Own the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap, including work supporting Mercury’s bank charter.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve reconciliation systems, integrations, controls, and workflows.
- Build tools that help teams identify, investigate, resolve, and report discrepancies.
