Leads and scales trading operations and supervision for Mercury’s investment advisor and broker-dealer, overseeing controls, reporting, partner relationships, and operational readiness.
What you'll do
- Own trading supervision, surveillance, controls, reconciliations, and escalation of trade and settlement issues.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, books and records, procedures, and readiness for exams, audits, and testing.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on trading workflows, controls, launches, and operational reporting; manage relationships with brokers and other investment partners.

- Active FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses.
- Hands-on experience across fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs.
- Built or materially improved a trade surveillance or operational control framework.

Nice to have
- Experience at a fintech or high-growth firm operating a broker-dealer or RIA at scale.

Pay
$135,000 — $168,700 USD (base salary); $121,500 — $151,800 USD (base salary)
