Senior Manager, GTM Systems

What you'll do

• Architect and maintain reliable GTM systems, including Salesforce, automation, data quality, and release governance.
• Build CPQ, deal-desk, quote-to-cash, and usage-based billing systems; lead change management and team enablement.
• Set the systems roadmap, manage GTM vendors, and build production AI agents and automations.

What they ask for

• 5-8+ years in RevOps, business systems, or GTM engineering, including 3+ years owning a Salesforce instance as its architect.
• End-to-end change management experience for a system the revenue organization depends on, including migration, enablement, and cutover.
• Hands-on quote-to-cash experience, including CPQ evaluation or implementation, approval and rate-table design, and billing connected to usage data.
• Daily use of Claude Code and agentic tooling, with AI agents or automations shipped to production with real users.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS or developer-tools experience, ideally across multiple products and pricing models.
• Data warehouse, dbt, BI, event-driven systems, Clay, n8n, hosted orchestration, vendor procurement, or marketplace/partner revenue experience.

Pay

$170,000-190,000 USD base salary
