The Chief of Staff partners with the CEO to set company priorities and operating cadence, lead cross-functional initiatives, and oversee Business Operations as Mesh scales.
What you'll do
- Own planning, OKRs, leadership reviews, executive meetings, town halls, and board and investor reporting.
- Oversee Business Operations and drive CEO-led strategic projects, including new markets, partnerships, pricing, and unit economics.
- Hold executives accountable to goals and build systems, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows to improve company performance visibility.
