Build and lead Mesh’s Forward Deployed Engineering organization, delivering production integrations for strategic partners and turning partner needs into improvements to the shared platform.
What you'll do
- Establish the FDE operating model, hire and develop the team, and lead initial engagements as needed.
- Own delivery for strategic partner accounts, including integration scoping, executive alignment, and time-to-production.
- Translate production needs into platform strategy and ensure bespoke work is either productized or not repeatedly maintained.
