Guides customers from contract signing through implementation and scaling by designing solutions for Mesh’s APIs and SDKs and helping customer engineering teams deploy them successfully.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver post-sales solutions, implementation guides, and playbooks to accelerate onboarding and adoption.
- Advise customer engineering teams on API and SDK best practices; troubleshoot technical issues and lead technical deep dives.
- Improve customer workflows and experience by optimizing tools and data, including AI self-service, and collaborating across teams.
