AI Research Manager - Meta Superintelligence Labs

What you'll do

• Build, mentor, and manage research scientists and engineers while guiding technical leaders.
• Set research direction and oversee the LLM post-training stack, translating needs into plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional projects and contribute hands-on through code review, technical guidance, and research-quality standards.

• Peer-reviewed publications in deep learning, language models, or data-centric AI; experience with post-training pipelines, synthetic data, or evaluation infrastructure.
• Experience with agent workflows, long-horizon agents, personalization or search, distributed systems, and high-throughput data pipelines.

Pay

$219,000/year to $301,000/year USD base salary; bonus and equity (amounts not stated)
