Owns the end-to-end launch and operation of new automated warehouses across Meta’s network, from facility design and setup through automation deployment and go-live.
What you'll do
- Lead new-site standups, including site setup, staffing coordination, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Create facility layouts and analyze capacity, storage, material flow, and equipment needs.
- Coordinate WMS improvements, automation deployments, and infrastructure readiness with internal teams and vendors.
