Business Support Engineer - Meta Business Agent

What you'll do

• Manage partner support and complex outages; troubleshoot distributed systems and integrations.
• Build, launch, and optimize AI solutions using Llama and other LLMs, and develop monitoring systems for partner integrations.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage via rotation and collaborate with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to improve partner outcomes.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience with API development on cloud-based infrastructure, distributed systems troubleshooting, and the full web stack, including REST APIs, Python, PHP/Hack, and JavaScript/React.
• Experience with PyTorch model fine-tuning and optimization, at least one LLM, SQL-based operational analysis, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in partner-facing or customer-centric engineering roles.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Docker containers, or AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Pay

$142,000/year to $201,000/year USD base salary
