Campus Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Accountable for campus project success across safety, quality, schedule milestones, forecast accuracy, and GMP accuracy; provide weekly status reports.
• Manage and develop onsite construction teams and the General Contractor relationship, including change orders and contractor development.
• Coordinate Owner Furnished Equipment procurement and delivery, knowledge transfer, and warranty work for existing buildings.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent degree/work experience.
• 15+ years of experience in construction and project planning.
• Experience with ground-up construction and greenfield site development; construction management, capital budget management, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Google Documents, Google Sheets, Google Slides and other products from Google Suite; negotiation experience resolving contractor disputes and managing change orders.

Nice to have

• Data center development and construction experience.
• Procore, ACC or Unifier Software Experience.

Pay

$178,000/year to $245,000/year (base salary); bonus + equity (amounts not stated)
