Supports the reliability and performance of Meta’s production compute, storage, and GPU platforms across its own data centers and cloud-provider capacity, investigating hardware issues and coordinating resolutions across teams and providers.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve systemic hardware, firmware, and tooling issues across Meta’s data-center and cloud platforms.
- Analyze fleet health, lead root-cause investigations, and mitigate performance and reliability risks.
- Work with engineering and cloud-provider teams on escalations, platform lifecycle support, and technical evidence for accountability.
