Commercial Sourcing Manager, Power and Cooling Infrastructure Equipment

What you'll do

• Develop multi-year category strategies and lead sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier performance, capacity commitments, and supply-chain risks across global infrastructure programs.
• Partner with engineering and other teams on technology roadmaps, cutovers, supplier development, and cost reduction.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement for power and cooling infrastructure equipment or related mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes and developing multi-year category strategies incorporating market intelligence, total cost of ownership, and supply risk.
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, communicating with executive stakeholders, and partnering with Hardware Engineering on technology roadmaps and supplier-generation cutovers.
• Experience sourcing power and cooling equipment for hyperscale or large-scale data centers, plus experience integrating AI tools and implementing responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with copper, steel, aluminum, and refrigerant market dynamics.
• Experience with should-cost modeling or value engineering for capital equipment.

Pay

$173,000/year to $245,000/year (base salary)
