Construction Manager, Data Center Project Development

What you'll do

• Manage civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction scopes, including contractor performance, quality, safety, and milestone accountability.
• Maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, analytics, and reporting; identify performance trends and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, commissioning, procurement, and operations teams; manage RFIs, submittals, changes, and contract compliance.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of construction management experience on large-scale, mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with project controls and construction analytics, managing general contractors and subcontractors, cross-functional teams, and construction contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact; experience implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data center construction projects exceeding 50MW critical IT load.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data center mechanical and electrical systems, including chilled water plants, UPS infrastructure, switchgear, and generator systems.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, or Power BI; CCM, PMP, or relevant PE licensure.

Pay

$178,000/year to $245,000/year USD base salary
