What you'll do
- Work in the ticketing system and serve as the first point of contact for break-fix technicians.
- Assist with data center projects and repairs; debug hardware and Linux OS issues.
- Create knowledge-base documentation and support process improvements; participate in a monthly on-call rotation for one week.
