The Design Producer drives complex, cross-functional product and design programs from planning through delivery, improving team operations and measuring program impact.
What you'll do
- Lead organization-level and multi-team initiatives, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Facilitate meetings, communicate status and decisions, and resolve blockers to keep teams aligned and progressing.
- Measure and improve program outcomes; manage operational budgets, vendors, and contracts.
