Sets the strategic direction for Instagram’s design system and leads its components, workflows, AI knowledge layer, and adoption across products and platforms.
What you'll do
- Identify and lead design system initiatives from strategy through execution, including component expansion, spec-to-code alignment, and AI-native tooling.
- Design scalable components and patterns across platforms, and maintain alignment between design specifications and shipped code.
- Drive system adoption, improve design workflows, measure system quality, and influence product-group decisions.
