Leads MEP cost estimating for Meta data center projects across the project lifecycle, supporting budgeting, cost validation, and investment decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop detailed MEP estimates, cost models, benchmarks, and budgets across project phases.
- Review mechanical and electrical systems, reconcile contractor bids, and identify cost risks with project stakeholders.
- Analyze portfolio cost trends and lead cost reviews to improve estimate accuracy and support planning.
