Facility Project Manager

What you'll do

• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and track campus infrastructure projects while coordinating with site operations and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project delivery, including risks, budgets, safety, quality, commissioning, contractors, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure project closeout documentation is complete, including record drawings, equipment manuals, and asset information.

What they ask for

• 6+ years of project management experience in data center construction, critical facility operations, maintenance, or infrastructure project planning.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire and life safety systems in mission-critical or complex built environments.
• Experience interpreting construction plans and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification; experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or equivalent platforms.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP, Hexagon, or similar computerized maintenance management systems.
• Experience managing retrofit or capital improvement portfolios in operational data center environments.

Pay

$118,000/year to $170,000/year (base salary)
