Facility Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and prioritize the site’s retrofit project portfolio, schedules, resources, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource requirements; monitor and help mitigate delivery risks.
• Coordinate commissioning and project document turnover, and work with Sourcing Managers on vendor contracts.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of project management experience across construction, operations, maintenance, or project planning in complex environments.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire and life safety systems, and applicable building codes.
• Experience forecasting project budgets, schedules, and resources; communicating across roles and teams; and using one or more project management IT toolsets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering or project management.

Nice to have

• Critical environment project or retrofit portfolio management experience; PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Proficiency with maintenance planning tools such as Hexagon or SAP, and experience with sourcing and contract resources.

Pay

$118,000/year to $170,000/year (base salary)
