Facility Technical Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility systems; manage emergency response and incident follow-up.
• Lead and develop facility engineers and technicians, and manage vendor and contractor performance.
• Support infrastructure projects and report on site operations, capacity, and risks.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in critical facilities operations, including mechanical and electrical systems in data center or equivalent critical environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of technical specialists in a facilities or critical operations context.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and enterprise asset management platforms, and developing site procedures, emergency plans, and maintenance programs.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors in a live critical facility environment; experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices and integrating AI tools to improve workflows.

Nice to have

• Trade certification or state license in electrical or mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, low-voltage, or high-voltage).
• Experience supporting commissioning, construction, or retrofit projects within an operating data center.

Pay

$143,000/year to $198,000/year USD base salary; bonus and equity amounts not stated.
