Finance Associate, x-RL Finance

What you'll do

• Lead close and forecast cycles, including timelines, templates, processes, flux commentary, and forecasts.
• Support the annual budget process and resource-allocation workstreams with vertical FP&A teams.
• Improve cross-team processes and financial systems, while supporting partnerships, risk management, internal controls, and compliance.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting, investment banking, business strategy, business operations, and/or analytics.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; understanding of financial statement analysis and core financial planning processes.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve workflows, ongoing AI skill development, and experience applying responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial planning systems, preferably Oracle products such as Hyperion Essbase.
• Experience improving financial planning systems and tools such as Oracle Hyperion Planning/Essbase/Fusion/Cloud.

Pay

USD $96,000/year to $142,000/year (base salary)
