Finance & Business Operations Manager, WhatsApp

What you'll do

• Partner with Product leads on strategy and planning, including investment and resource-allocation decisions.
• Develop ROI and impact frameworks for headcount, operating expenses, and capacity investments; manage budgets and operational tasks.
• Conduct business analysis and collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis teams on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

• 10+ years of experience in finance / strategic finance, business strategy, product analytics, or related professional experience managing strategic investments and strategy.
• Financial leadership across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Experience communicating with and influencing business leaders, synthesizing insights, and independently managing projects from scoping through delivery.
• Demonstrated AI skill development and ability to integrate AI tools into workflows, with responsible and ethical AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R).
• Experience at a leading technology, internet or high growth company, or supporting financial planning during rapid organizational or product growth.

Pay

$149,000/year to $212,000/year USD base salary
