Global Brand Experiences Lead, Creative Technologist

What you'll do

• Set the Creative Technology strategy, product priorities, and slate of explorations; develop a forward-looking view of emerging technology.
• Co-create, prototype, and deliver experiences with Product, Engineering, and external partners, then document and scale successful builds.
• Direct the pod and shared services; manage budgets, partner selection, craft standards, and performance tracking.

What they ask for

• 10+ years in creative technology, experiential production, or interactive design and development, including live or public-facing work.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative craft and technical depth, with clear evidence of the candidate’s contributions.
• Hands-on experience with interactive and immersive technologies, including those listed in the posting.
• Experience with product-launch demos, budgets and concurrent projects, external creative partners, and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience inside an in-house brand, product marketing, or R&D group at a large technology company, or creative technology leadership at a leading agency.
• Smart glasses and AI experience; an existing network in creative technology, new media art, or experiential communities.

Pay

$152,000/year to $213,000/year USD base salary

AI focus

Integrate AI tools to improve workflows and measurable outcomes; apply responsible AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy reviews; continue developing AI skills and tracking emerging technologies.
