What you'll do
- Diagnose and mitigate systemic hardware, firmware, and tooling issues across the global server fleet; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Own hardware platforms from operational testing through end-of-life, including bringing new platforms into mass production and improving serviceability.
- Coordinate complex investigations and improvements with hardware, software, networking, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
