Global Response Operations, Protect Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop risk signals and detection strategies, including for critical events such as elections and crises.
• Investigate emerging risks using data, internal tools, monitoring, and quantitative and qualitative research; communicate findings through analysis and presentations.
• Partner across teams to mitigate risks and improve detection technology, including responsible AI-enabled workflows.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in investigations, data analytics, or technical systems roles in Trust & Safety or Risk Operations.
• 4+ years of experience in investigations, data analytics, or technical systems roles in Trust & Safety or Risk Operations.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience working with complex data sets and using data skills for risk identification and analysis.
• Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM-based tools, workflow automation, or building and operationalizing AI agents, automated workflows, or detection pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, or lightweight tools; experience in risk signal analysis and investigations.

$100,000/year to $143,000/year (base salary)
