Global Supply Chain Manager - Data Center Power and Cooling

What you'll do

• Create and monitor supply plans, production schedules, and supplier communications; address deviations and delivery risks.
• Assess supplier capabilities and performance, improve supplier processes, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with construction, procurement, sourcing, quality, and other teams to resolve delivery issues and improve supply visibility.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations, such as forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, or logistics.
• Experience managing supplier performance.
• Experience analyzing information, solving problems, and driving solutions; skilled in risk management and mitigation.
• Experience communicating supply chain risks and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and resolving supply chain issues.

Nice to have

• Business knowledge and experience in power and/or cooling infrastructure; prior experience in networking, cloud industry, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s in Business Administration or Engineering; ongoing AI skill development and experience integrating AI tools into workflows.

Pay

$121,000/year to $177,000/year USD base salary; bonus and equity amounts not stated
