What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and controls systems; monitor alarms and restore normal operations.
- Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors on maintenance, risks, emergencies, and work quality.
- Maintain procedures, records, and asset inventories; support incident reviews, training, and cross-functional planning.
