Member of Product Staff

What you'll do

• Set product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; align stakeholders and guide teams through product development.
• Lead execution with engineering, design, research, and cross-functional partners, using AI responsibly to improve team workflows and velocity.
• Define product metrics and evaluations, analyze experiments and user insights, and use findings to guide product decisions.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams; 10+ years in product management and/or Product Design.
• Experience navigating the full product life cycle, integrating customer feedback into requirements, prioritizing, and leading pre- and post-launch execution.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale and experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-driven products from inception, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
• Experience scaling AI best practices and responsibly integrating AI tools to redesign workflows and achieve measurable impact.

Pay

$205,000/year to $277,000/year (base salary)
