What you'll do
- Investigate major incidents and drive changes that improve network security, business continuity, and operational processes.
- Lead operational efficiency, team initiatives, vendor coordination, and measurement of service quality and performance.
- Identify automation opportunities and help implement lightweight code solutions to remediate network faults.
