About the job
Supports deployment and operational health of Meta’s network infrastructure across data center and campus sites, resolving incidents and improving network operations.
What you'll do
- Deploy and integrate cabling, fiber, switching, and routing infrastructure; troubleshoot network incidents.
- Improve operational workflows and use deployment, fault, and vendor metrics to prioritize corrective actions.
- Maintain network records and runbooks, guide vendors and field technicians, and provide field feedback to design and engineering teams.
