Network Engineer, Operations & Support

What you'll do

• Deploy and integrate cabling, fiber, switching, and routing infrastructure; guide vendors and field technicians.
• Resolve network incidents and analyze operational data to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Improve operational workflows, documentation, and standards in collaboration with engineering and tooling teams.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience; degree must be completed before joining.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors on network deployments, change management, or incident resolution at scale.
• 2+ years deploying, operating, or supporting large-scale network infrastructure, including structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and IP networking in data center or campus environments.
• Experience analyzing network operations metrics and troubleshooting incidents across physical, data link, and network layers; 2+ years hands-on experience with network hardware and physical-layer infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience in a NOC environment, managing SLAs and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Experience with Arista, Cisco, Juniper, or Nexus platforms; hyperscale data center infrastructure familiarity; demonstrated AI use and responsible AI practices.

Pay

$106,995/year to $159,000/year (base salary)
