Network Strategy & Data Analytics Lead

What you'll do

• Develop long-term terrestrial network strategies and assess capacity gaps, investment timing, and opportunities.
• Build and test analytical models; compare investment alternatives and prepare business cases.
• Present decision-ready recommendations and align internal and external stakeholders.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in network strategy, network planning, infrastructure investment, quantitative consulting, data analytics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/research, or strategic planning with a telecommunications or subsea infrastructure focus.
• Experience with financial, economic, or network modeling, complex datasets, and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or equivalent methods.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of backbone and long-haul fiber networks, including route design, IRU and lease structures, and capacity delivery.
• Experience with network capacity planning, demand forecasting, traffic engineering, or at a hyperscale technology company, telecommunications carrier, or global network infrastructure provider.

Pay

$135,000/year to $191,000/year USD base salary; bonus and equity amounts not specified
