What you'll do
- Manage integrated schedules, milestones, risks, build plans, and status reporting across concurrent hardware programs.
- Coordinate engineering, supply chain, manufacturers, and data center operations; resolve technical and operational blockers.
- Manage change orders, design freezes, supplier readiness, and process improvements for network hardware programs.

- 6+ years of hardware program management experience, including direct ownership of NPI programs for network, AI, compute, or storage hardware.
- Experience leading cross-functional hardware development from prototype through mass production, including EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.
- Experience managing program risks, schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; familiarity with hardware design and qualification processes.
- Experience with NPI in a hyperscale data center or infrastructure context, and with contract manufacturers or original design manufacturers on build planning, yield, and production ramp.
