What you'll do
- Own complex operational programs from roadmap and scoping through delivery, risk management, and stabilization.
- Partner with engineering and HR Tech to shape, build, integrate, and implement tools that reduce manual work in people-operations workflows.
- Identify and deliver process, automation, and AI improvements across employee lifecycle journeys, including change management and adoption.
