Develops and improves manufacturing and quality processes for Meta networking hardware, from product design and production through data-center integration.
What you'll do
- Develop manufacturing processes, test methods, quality standards, and production documentation.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action for hardware failures; collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and suppliers.
- Conduct First Article and Source Inspections, and manage BOMs, engineering changes, and manufacturing process changes.
