Leads the MTIA AI Kernels and Performance Optimization team, developing and optimizing accelerator kernels and software while partnering with silicon teams on hardware/software co-design.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of kernel and performance engineers; set technical direction and roadmaps.
- Guide hands-on systems work, including architecture reviews, design documents, coding, and performance investigations across the software and hardware stack.
- Recruit and grow the team, address engineering efficiency issues, and communicate progress and decisions to partners and leadership.
