Strategy & Operations Lead — Reality Labs Research

What you'll do

• Develop organizational strategy and translate it into an annual operating plan with goals and success measures.
• Own the operating cadence, including planning cycles, goal tracking, quarterly business reviews, leadership forums, and decision follow-through.
• Lead headcount and budget planning, organizational metrics, and high-impact cross-functional initiatives.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or program management, including supporting or partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience running an operating cadence for a large, multi-team organization and with large-scale headcount and budget planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and apply analytical problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in a research, R&D, or advanced technology organization with long-term, uncertain deliverables.
• Experience with external partnerships, academic collaborations, or consortium structures.

Pay

$176,000/year to $247,000/year USD base salary
