Technical Program Manager- Core Ads Growth

What you'll do

• Define technical strategy, program vision, and multi-year roadmaps with organizational leaders; translate ambiguous challenges into measurable plans.
• Establish scalable program structures, manage dependencies and risks, resolve cross-organizational conflicts, and communicate decisions clearly.
• Use AI tools and multi-agent workflows to improve program delivery; develop TPM practices and guide portfolio changes.

What they ask for

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or systems engineering, including ownership of portfolio-defining programs across multiple engineering organizations.
• Experience influencing technical direction and roadmaps, and partnering with director-level and above stakeholders on strategy and alignment.
• Experience designing and implementing complex cross-functional programs and producing clear written communications for audiences from individual contributors to executive leadership.
• Experience applying AI tools and multi-agent workflows to improve program processes, developing AI skills, and implementing responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global programs spanning hardware and software, including consumer devices, infrastructure, or platform technologies.
• Experience scaling TPM community practices, authoring playbooks, and leading cross-functional forums.

Pay

$199,000/year to $272,000/year USD base salary
