US Immigration Program Manager (Strategy & Operations)

What you'll do

• Own and improve the U.S. immigration operating model, compliance framework, controls, and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Oversee complex immigration filings and counsel performance; develop scalable filing playbooks and quality standards.
• Improve case-management workflows through process and technology innovation, including automation and AI-assisted checks with human review.

• 12+ years of progressive U.S. employment-based immigration experience, including case filings, compliance program design, and immigration operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant categories and permanent residence pathways.
• Experience designing and operating immigration compliance frameworks and overseeing complex, high-volume filing portfolios.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated AI skill development and experience applying responsible AI practices to compliance monitoring and case-processing workflows.
• J.D., relevant immigration or compliance qualification, or equivalent professional training.

Pay

$136,000/year to $197,000/year USD base salary
