About the job
Own customer onboarding from contract signature through steady-state use by configuring Metaview, training users, and driving adoption.
What you'll do
- Manage implementation plans, setup, milestones, and customer communications for strategic accounts.
- Configure Metaview agents with prompts, company context, interview templates, and integrations; introduce advanced features as customers are ready.
- Train users, monitor adoption, address onboarding gaps, and create reusable implementation assets.
