Design and ship high-fidelity product experiences for AI recruiting software, partnering closely with engineering and customers from problem definition through rollout.
What you'll do
- Own product areas end-to-end and shape how AI products look, feel, and behave in customer workflows.
- Design interfaces that make AI agents transparent and trustworthy, including conversational experiences and interactive workflows.
- Create fast, high-fidelity prototypes and set the product’s craft bar across motion, hierarchy, and visual details.
